I’m a pretty typical early 40’s male. I’ve worked out for most of my life, but if I’m honest I forgot how to push myself somewhere along the line. Knowing that I needed a bit of “re-education” and having a specific interest in learning how to work with kettlebells without injuring myself I contacted Old School Fitness and immediately struck up a conversation with Rick.
Rick’s a great guy who clearly knows what he’s talking about. I found him to be knowledgeable (on a variety of subjects, not just working out), thorough and patient in his teaching and explaining style, and a great motivator (not a Drill Sergeant). I have a few “issues” with my back and I made them known before starting – Rick tailored workouts specifically for me. He was able to push me without jeopardizing my welfare.
Old-School Fitness is owned and operated by Rick and his wife Sharon (who’s also fantastic). This is a business that truly hits on all cylinders. Service, quality, value. They are all there.
